Refund Policy

The short version: NFT mints are final. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. We don't issue refunds for successful mints. We do airdrop a replacement if a transaction fails through no fault of yours.

Successful mints

Once your CHUM NFT is in your wallet, the mint is final. You can list it on OpenSea if you change your mind — CHUM earns a 5% creator royalty on secondary sales where supported by the marketplace and smart contract enforcement.

Failed transactions

If gas paid but you didn't receive an NFT (rare, but possible), DM White on X with your transaction hash within 14 days. We'll verify on Polygonscan and airdrop a replacement NFT to your wallet.

Gas fees

Gas paid to the Polygon network goes to validators, not to us. We can't refund gas.

Mistakes you made

Wrong wallet address, sent to a contract address, lost seed phrase, sold by accident — these are not refundable. We can't access your wallet. We can't reverse on-chain transactions.
